Sunday 19th – evening

9 jars of Oxford Marmalade now made and labelled – the first time I have made it but it really is quite gorgeous. It is cooked three times over two days in various stages and comes out much darker than the marmalade I usually make but the taste really makes all the extra work worthwhile.


Started making batch numbers for the jars too to trace them and be better organised !

Monday 20th – daytime

People raving about my Seville Orange Marmalade ! A few repeat customers too. Also, great praise for my Banana Jam – an acquired taste forged through overcoming curiosity !
